This video demonstrates how to send event invites with built-in KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure secure access for all participants. You’ll learn how to:
- Click on the event and navigate to the All Invitees tab.
- Click Add Invitees and toggle KYC.
- Fill in all required invitee details.
- Under the Authentication Method, select either both QR code and biometric, or choose a single option.
- Click Send Invite to send the invitation successfully.
Once the invite is sent, the invitee receives an email and completes the following steps:
- Click Accept Invite and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Begin face enrollment using their smartphone camera.
- Scan the QR code to complete identity verification.
After completing these steps, the invitee’s identity is verified, granting them secure access to the event.
